6. Returns & Refunds
Final Sale: Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless defective upon delivery.
Defective Products: Notify us within 7 days of delivery for a possible replacement or discount. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
7. Customer Content & Artwork
Requirements: Submit all artwork in CMYK, 300 DPI, and follow our guidelines.
License: By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for order fulfillment and marketing unless opted out in writing.
Responsibility: You must have legal rights to all submitted content and ensure it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our site is owned by America Custom Boxes or its licensors. You may not reuse or redistribute content without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
